I AM GROUNDED draws from the Root Chakra.

The Root Chakra—Muladhara in Sanskrit—is the first of the seven main chakras in the body. Located at the base of the spine, it's all about stability, safety, and foundation.

This energy center helps us feel grounded—connected to the earth, to our bodies, to home and family. When the Root Chakra is balanced, we feel safe, supported, and present.

Symbolism of our scent blend:

• Vetiver: Vetiver is a type of grass with deep roots, symbolizing grounding and stability. Vetiver’s deep, earthy, smoky scent grounds and stabilizes, connecting us to the earth and our physical bodies. It’s often used in practices that promote feeling secure and centered.

• Palo Santo: A sacred wood with a cleansing, purifying aroma. It helps clear space and invite calm, supporting the Root Chakra’s element of safety and protection.

• Lavender: Lavender adds softness and calm, easing anxiety that might arise from feeling ungrounded.
